Puiyan Leung Paying It Forward Through Mentorship

In a world where talent is everywhere but opportunity isn’t, mentorship can bridge the gap.

Her World launched their mentorship programme this year, thoughtfully pairing emerging women talents with seasoned leaders as mentors. Among these mentors is our Partner Puiyan Leung who was paired with Charlene Sim, the founder of Glowfully. Over the 6-month mentorship program, their mentor-mentee relationship blossomed and is best captured by Charlene's sentiment: 'Pui Yan shared valuable insights on navigating kids and business.'

Puiyan shares, “I have been very fortunate to have crossed paths with formal and informal mentors who have been generous with their time with me, for no reason other than to support my personal and professional growth. They have helped me with my self-discovery journey as well as addressing my blind spots.

Besides hoping to do the same for someone else by paying it forward, I believe this experience will also help me to reflect on my own experience, and expose me to new perspectives.“.
