VVSEAI portfolio 17LIVE Group listed on SGX

LIVE-streaming platform 17LIVE Group has listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) after its business combination with Singapore’s first special purpose acquisition company (Spac), Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation (VTAC).

As at its first trading day on Friday (Dec 8), the estimated market capitalisation of 17LIVE stands at around S$886.9 million.

As 17LIVE's first investor, we are grateful to be part of 17LIVE's 9-year startup journey to its IPO today, we congratulate the team for this significant milestone and wish them continued success.
