Abhijit S GUPTA

Abhijit S Gupta joined Vertex Ventures in 2021 and focuses on opportunities in India.

Prior to joining Vertex, Abhijit was an Assistant Manager in the Foods Division of ITC Limited, one of India’s largest CPG conglomerates. He worked on rotational engagements across the quality, supply chain, and process excellence functions, particularly dealing with digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives. He also helped operationalize ITC’s newly set up cloud kitchen network.

Abhijit holds a Master of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology – Madras, and graduated as an institute awardee for being one of the best all-rounders of his graduating batch. While in college, Abhijit co-founded Dynamove, an AI startup building affordable driving assistance and telematics systems.
