Andri WARDHANI

Andri Wardhani joined Vertex Ventures in 2024.

Prior to joining Vertex, Andri was a Venture Growth Investment Team member of Alpha Wave Ventures, the US$10Bn private equity/venture growth arm of Alpha Wave Global. She managed all their investments in SEA, as well as served as the global fintech and F&B / retail business expert. She also served on the Board of Directors of their Southeast Asia and retail portfolios. Before joining Alpha Wave Ventures, she worked for other regional venture funds, as a Senior Associate at Venturra Capital and Golden Gate Ventures.
Andri holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Indonesia. She has also practised law at Allen & Overy LLP’s Jakarta Office straight out of college, specifically in the M&A and financing department.
